YTQZ series skid-mounted cabinet room can provide necessary working environment protection, safety monitoring and protectionl for internal distribution cabinets, metering, communication cabinets, UPS, PLC cabinets, etc. It can realize many functions such as distribution lighting control, fire alarm detection,combustible gas detection, ventilation control, temperature and humidity adjustmentl control, abnormal alarm and data telecommunication;
The external dimensions are designed according to the user’s requirements, taking into account the transportation factors, the width is generally not more than 3 m. According to the overall weight of the internal configuration, the bottom lifting or top lifting structure can be used;
The bottom of the cabinet room adopts one piece of skid-mounted base, channel steel or l-beam welded into shape. The room body adopts cage-type frame structure to ensure the overall strength of the room body. The outer surface generally use pressed steel plate, and the inner surface can be made of stainless steel 304 /316 /316L or decorated galvanized steel plate. After the welding of the steel structure of the room body is completed, it is treated with shot blasting After the steel structure of the room is welded, it is treated with shot blasting process and sprayed with anti-corrosion primer, intermediate paint and top paint to ensure the corrosion resistance of the outdoor environment. The room body adopts polyurethane flame retardant sandwich material toensure the coldproof and heat preservation performance of the room body;
Combining with the site situation, the corresponding cable introduction and lead structure is designed between the cabinets, docking with the site device and taking corresponding protection and sealing measures to facilitate cable fixing, transferring and protection;
With shell grounding, electrical grounding and signal grounding devices to ensure safety of workers and equipment.
