Explosion-proof water-cooled chillers are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, military, pharmaceutical and other industries. It can be used in explosive hazardous areas as Zone 1 and 2, and there may be or may exist IIA, IIB, IIC, T1~T4 A combustible gas, a vapor, and air are mixed.

The large cooling unit adopts high-efficiency and high-IPLV twin-screw compressor, 5:6 asymmetric tooth profile, high volumetric efficiency, and unloading energy control device, which can realize multi-stage energy regulation and higher operating efficiency.
  • Its main components are made of famous brand products at home and abroad, with superior performance and reliable operation, which makes the operation of the unit more stable and works better.
  • The use of a full liquid evaporator makes the unit more energy efficient and works better. The shell-and-tube condenser uses an optimized temperature field distribution and refrigerant flow field distribution to make the heat transfer efficiency higher.
  • The microcomputer intelligent controller can control the water temperature more accurately and ensure the constant temperature of the air-conditioned room. The well-designed control logic makes the unit run more stable and reliable, and at the same time achieves the best economic operation, and saves the operating cost for the user.
