The difference between the explosion-proof oblique flow fan and the general axial flow fan is that the axial velocity of the airflow in the fan flow passage is increased, and the static pressure gradient is promoted to be reduced, thereby avoiding the airflow being separated and obtaining a high pressure coefficient.
The explosion-proof oblique flow fan is between the explosion-proof axial flow fan and the explosion-proof centrifugal fan. The same specification fan, the explosion-proof oblique flow fan flow is larger than the centrifugal fan, the full pressure is higher than the axial flow fan, and the general use and air volume and air pressure requirements larger venues, most suitable for straight pipelines and pressurized air supply.
Application
Applied in petroleum, chemical, electric power and other industries, the hazardous area is Zone 1, Zone 2, there are or may exist IIA, IIB, IIC, T1 ~ T4 group of flammable gas, vapor and air mixed explosion hazard place.
Installation condition requirements
- a. The Altitude does not exceed 2000m;
- b. Ambient atmospheric pressure 80~110kPa;
- c. Ambient temperature -20~40℃;
- d. The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 95% (at 25℃);
- e. The existence of IIA ~ IIB class, T1 ~ T4 group of combustible gases, vapors and air formed by explosive gas mixtures in Zone 1, Zone 2 hazardous locations;
- f. In places without significant vibration;
- g. In an environment where there are no gases and vapors that can damage metal insulation.
