BTJ series explosion-proof panel operator is a display and control terminal for hazardous area with explosive gas and dust atmosphere. The flameproof + intrinsically safe protection structure can guarantee image display, data calculation and human-machine interaction control in the hazardous area Category II explosive gas environments, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Category III explosive dust environment A21, A22. The applicable explosive gas group can be IIA, IIB, H2 (hydrogen) temperature group T1-T6. and explosive dust IIIA IIIB IIIC environment with ignition temperature higher than 85℃.

BTJ series explosion-proof panel operator is designed and configured according to modularisation, adopting industrial-grade LCD screen, industrial-grade computer board and matching intrinsically safe touch screen. As an explosion-proof display and control terminal product, it can realise on-site display, human-computer interaction, arithmetic control and telecommunication applications in hazardous areas.
- Adopting aviation aluminium material panel, integrated processing, strong and durable. Surface oxidation treatment to meet the aesthetic and heat dissipation.
- Internal fanless design, the shell directly involved in heat conduction heat dissipation, improve the reliability of the whole machine continuous operation.
- For wide-temperature models, a low-temperature preheating function is added, so that the machine can still operate reliably under low-temperature conditions.
- High-strength super white glass explosion-proof tempered glass window.
- Adopting industrial-grade motherboard and matching intel processor. Optional processor and hard disc memory and system to meet the data processing needs of different application scenarios.
- The front panel can be switched on and off if required.
- Explosive Gas and dust dual protection certification to meet the Hazardous area Zone 1 and 2, IIA IIB H2 (hydrogen) group gas atmosphere and all explosive dust environment use.
- Flexible installation: can be equipped with wall-mounted bracket to achieve wall mounting and fixing, can also be equipped with column operating platform and operating box to achieve the site floor installation. In addition, optional explosion-proof keyboard to achieve the keyboard ergonomic system solutions.
